Responsibilities:
Maintain a bar/Greet guests and provide information regarding the restaurant Explain menu items and answer questions regarding selections Full fill guest requests in a timely and elegant manner Must possess a proficient knowledge of wine and sprits Maintain a clean and organized table for the guest Skills Must be well suited for a fast paced environment Strong verbal communication and customer service skills Broad understanding of food preparations, cuts of meat, and food allergens Basic understanding of wine, spirits, and beer Must be available to work weekends & Holidays Hiring Preference given to Native Americans Job Type:
