Director, Planning, Analytics & Optimization

The Director of Planning, Analytics & Optimization is a key member of the MPI leadership team and will be a crucial business partner and advisor to the CEO.
The individual will provide overall day to day financial leadership and coordination of the financial aspects of MPI business units, potential strategic alliances/opportunities and forecasts.
The primary objective of this role is to work in partnership with MPI leadership to develop and implement strategic operating plans to drive profitable growth.
The individual will oversee the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) support within the business to provide analysis on actual results, develop forecasts, and help develop actions to achieve the forecasts.
The Director will provide ad-hoc project analysis, prepare value-based financial analyses and pro forma financial statements for all potential opportunities; provide financial, operational and labor analyses / forecasts; develop and support the Company's annual budget, forecasting and strategic planning process.
The Director will also assist with the development and implementation of customer lifetime value models; customer life-cycle based marketing, real-time marketing, integrating predictive analytics and optimization of player interactions.
Bachelor degree in accounting or finance.
A minimum of eight (8) to ten (10) years' experience in financial planning and analysis or financial leadership position, with at least the past three (3) years in technology, gaming or igaming.
Must be proficient in a PC environment, including the use of Microsoft Office Suite (MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Word).
Must possess excellent planning, organization, and analytical skills.
Must possess superior verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Must have the ability to synthesize information into meaningful conclusions and recommendations.
Must display good interpersonal skills and have a positive cooperative attitude with both internal and external customers.
Must be able to work with other areas of Finance and Operations.
Must have the ability to balance multiple concurrent projects with varying degrees of priority, as well as working independently on projects from conception to completion.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
